    Two mountains, Whistler and Blackcomb, rise up a mile out of the valley (5,280 vertical feet) and access over 8,000 acres of prime mountain terrain including 12 alpine bowls, three glaciers and more than 200 marked trails through 33 state of the art lifts.

    But that's not all. Whistler Village offers an enchanting pedestrian-only village, alive with festival entertainment, colorful shops and cozy bistros.

    Whitsler Terrain Parks:

    • Habitat Park, Rating: S-M, M-L
      Three separate runs with Park features, the Habitat Park is more than 1,100 feet long with a vertical drop of 600 feet. A step up from the Terrain Garden on Blackcomb, Park riders can work their way through various sized features on all three runs. The Habitat Park features enhanced rollers, hips and table tops. All Habitat Park lines have low to mid range jibs and rails such as fun boxes, rainbows, flat & step down rails. The Habitat Park is a great place for experienced park riders to improve their skills on the progressively shaped hits and rails in each park line. The Habitat Park is highly visible from the Emerald chair with colorful flags at the two entrances.
    • Terrain Garden, Rating: S
      Designed for skiers and riders learning how to use park features, the Terrain Garden is the first stop in our park progression. 3,116 feet long, with a 574-foot vertical drop, it features smaller versions of rails, rollers and mini-hits and is groomed nightly.
    • Spring/Summer Parks & Pipes, Rating: M-L, XL
      An amazing move happens several times a year: when Blackcomb's winter season ends, the Highest Level Park seamlessly moves to the T-Bar Piste and is accessed via the T-Bars on Whistler. Winter HL Park passes are honored and a reduced rate Spring HL Park pass can be purchased to use the Spring HL Park, helmets are mandatory. When Whistler closes, Blackcomb re-opens for summer glacier skiing and riding featuring a Summer Terrain Park, which includes rails and hits, and a Super Pipe located at the top of the Glacier Express chair. The summer pipe is cut nightly with the Zaugg Pipe Monster and the Park Bully maintains features.
    Blackcomb Terrain Parks
    • Highest Level, Rating: XL
      The Highest Level is for expert park skiers and riders only. With impressive specs - 1,720 feet long, 485 foot vertical drop - the park features includes the biggest and most technical table tops, spines, rails and jibs, and are groomed nightly by the Park Bully Snow cat. A special HL Park Pass and signed waiver are required and helmets are mandatory.
    • Night Moves/King of the Rail, Rating: S, M
      Magic chair transforms on Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings to a mini park area featuring boxes, rails and jibs. On Saturday nights throughout the night skiing operation, the legendary King Of The Rail contest takes place in a rider judged winner takes all rail show. Prizes, tunes and a signature rail from the bigger parks entertain riders and spectators alike.
    • Nintendo Terrain Park, Rating: M, L
      Our main park runs along the Catskinner chair lift line beside the edge of the Highest Level Park, and runs 3,480 feet in length with a vertical drop of 1,007 feet. It includes table tops,hip jumps, spines, step up jumps, banks, rails, and fun boxes. The Gamecube Park is the stepping stone into the Highest Level Park in our progressive parks scale.
    • Snow Cross Track, Rating: L
      Now that Snow Cross is a recognized winter Olympic discipline, the Snow Cross track provides a daily training ground for aspiring athletes. Big banks, rollers & step ups challenge park riders daily and are tweaked up for event days. Set a personal time to beat or race your buddies, the Snow Cross is a great place to improve high speed freeriding skills. The Snow Cross track is located on riders right of the Gamecube Park and ends by the side of the Super Pipe with most of the course visible from the Solar Coaster Chair.
    • Superpipe, Rating: L
      We don't call it the Super Pipe without good reason: over 450 feet long, with a 17 foot radius, a wall height of 16.5 feet, 64 foot width lip to lip, and a flat bottom 33 feet wide. Groomed nightly with the Zaugg Pipe Monster, the pipe is for advanced to expert park riders only and is home to exciting events all season long.
